Terms and risk disclosure

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using MADNESS or signing an account message, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement, control the connected wallet and may lawfully use the service where you are located. Do not use MADNESS if applicable law, sanctions, age restrictions or another duty prohibits it.

2. Current service scope

MADNESS currently provides Solana market discovery and authenticated wallet tools. Native token creation and native trading are not configured. Historical launch systems, markets and fee routes are not part of the current service. External market links open third-party services governed by their own terms.

3. Wallets and managed execution

External wallets remain under their owners' control. Optional managed wallets use Turnkey and may sign only actions allowed by the active policy. Blockchain transactions are generally public and irreversible. Verify the program, mint, amount, fee, slippage and destination before approving an action or funding a wallet.

4. Market risk

Tokens can lose all value. Thin liquidity, concentrated ownership, smart-contract faults, network congestion, MEV, manipulation, phishing, regulatory action and creator conduct can cause permanent loss. A MADNESS listing or metric is not an audit, endorsement, investment recommendation or guarantee.

5. Prohibited use

• Breaking law, sanctions, court orders or third-party rights.
• Exploiting, probing, bypassing or disrupting access controls.
• Manipulating prices, volume, holders, rankings or identities.
• Using stolen funds, compromised wallets or deceptive content.

6. Availability and third parties

MADNESS depends on Solana, wallet software, data providers, RPC providers, hosting and database services that it does not control. Features may pause, fail, change or be removed. No uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.

7. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADNESS is provided as is and as available. Nothing on the service is legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
